In order to accelerate claims processing and ensure continued patient care, P.E.T. Fusion Imaging files all primary and secondary insurance claims. Anthem, Medicare and Medicaid payments are received electronically as well. However, some companies require “pre-authorization” and individual policies can vary; therefore, it is best to confirm your coverage prior to your scheduled scan.
Based on your insurance coverage, payment may be required at the time of service. If applicable, one of our billing representatives will reach out to you prior to your appointment to discuss payment and financing options. If you have billing questions, call us at 260.471.9466.
